Acrobat Pro Crashing on Mac

Sigh. I see that other people have had this issue for years without successful resolution. I desperately need to finish a work project. I have had no problems with Acrobat Pro until today. Now it won't work at all. I reinstalled the program. All of my Mac updates are current.

1) How do I fix this?

2) What financial credit are you going to give me for your software causing all of these headaches?

Please fix your faulty (and expensive!) program. Clearly, this has been an ongoing issue for years, both on Macs and PCs.
