Acrobat Pro DC

Question

Hi all:I am having trouble converting multiple word files into a single pdf.  The program starts and then "an unexpected error" occurs and there I sit.  I have looked and found many complaints of this problem but yet no solutions.  I have updated the Office files to the latest update 16.0.6568.2036 but that has not helped.  Also tried to reinstall Acrobat but that did not work as well.Help!  I hate when programs will not play well with each other.

Hi ,What OS do you work on?Please try to update Acrobat to the latest patch and see if that helps.Also what all files and how many files are you trying to convert?Please explain the workflow.Try to replicate with some other sample files and see if that helps.If on window,try to repair Acrobat and see how it goes.RegardsSukrit Dhingra
