Acrobat pro DC crashes on Save, after font encoding problems

I have complete text files of 4 crashes, some more of file at end of this post

Previously came up with error "Font Helvetica-Bold could not be embedded . . . encoding different in document . . could not be resolved"

Copying and pasting text from 1 pdf to another.

Tried unembedding from pdf I was copying from. Tried pre-flight fix font problems

Wish there were a search and replace fonts, I don't care about the appearance of the pdf I am copying from, it is one I created myself and use just for standard texts.

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software:- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat..

Would like to know whether is this happening with all documents or with certain one .

Please check with the different user account to replicate the issue .

OS Version:      Mac OS X 10.11.4 (15E65)

Adobe support chat told me to delete Acrobat plist files from /Library and ~/Library. done

28 April 2016, after deleting prefs plist.

OK for some time, then I copied from another pdf, different fonts. Got error message when saving

'The font could not be embedded because the font stored on the page and the system font are encoded differently and the encodings could not be resolved.'

CM R 10, Latex font?

Changed to Times then some chars italic. Save -> Crash. Have posted this again on  Adobe support

Would request you to please check whether is this happening with this document only or with others as well.

Is this associated with this system stored font only.

Please check with the different user account with Admin Rights to replicate the issue .
