Acrobat Pro DC DOES NOT WORK!!!

Every time I try to do something in Acrobat Pro DC - it tells me I have to sign in.  I sign in and it says I'm ready to use the software and I try and I have to go all through the same process again and again and I still can't do anything with a system I paid over $365 for???  I've spoken to customer service, I've re-downloaded the software and still it will not show me as signed in on my computer and when I do sign in I'm told to hit continue to enjoy the software and the page still shows "sign in" and when I try to do anything it keeps telling me to sign in!!!!  Seems there is a ton of problems with this DC pack - it's all over the internet and here --- would have been nice if Adobe would have told us this before letting us buy a crappy program they have no intention of fixing or helping people with!!!!  I'm done!  I want my money back - too many other programs out there that can achieve the same results!
