Acrobat Pro DC not accepting the Serial number

Question

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC provided by the School District I work for, for my computer.

While trying to install it, it asks for "Serial Number".

But every attempt to provide said serial number is rejected.

I contacted Adobe help number, and they said they could not help me.

It had to be through "Chat"

Please help.
