Acrobat Pro DC on both my laptop & desktop

Hello,

My company subscribed me to Acrobat Pro DC and after setting up my account/profile I loaded it onto my laptop. I also want to install it on my desktop system. Both assets are assigned to me and I understood I would be able to load it on both systems?

When I attempt to load it on my desktop I get a download failure error?

Please advise...
