Acrobat PRO DC prepaid for 1 year- unable to view the subscription under my account
I have Creative Cloud subscription for an application Acrobat Pro DC ( one year prepaid ). I`ve bought 1 year plan from Adobe`s web, paid from my Paypal for 1 year, got confirmation from Adobe and PayPal, but product don`t visible on member area and on all devices. In 5 weeks support team can`t solve problem, just write " We have escalated the case to our relevant team to check and help you with the subscription activation issue. Wait email". I did 4 conversations with agents on Adobe`s website. May be someone here know, what is it , and how to cancel order, and return payment?
