Hi ,

Please check with these KB article:- Adobe - Acrobat : For Macintosh

If any issue while installing the updates then refer to this Article :- Fix Windows errors that occur during Acrobat Reader update

If any issue persist then please check with different user account with Admin Rights .

Hi donaldm36388702,

Please provide the message which you are getting while installing the updates (if any)

Please turn off the Firewall & security services & then check installing  the update.

Also refer to this KB article :- Fix Windows errors that occur during Acrobat Reader update

If issue still persist please check with the Different user account with Admin Rights to replicate the issue .

Thanks for your response.  I did not and should have mentioned that I work on a Mac.  There is no error message.  The update install process simply stalls and does not finish.  Visually, the blue line progressing across the bottom of the Update Install box reaches the end and the pinwheel indicating activity spins indefinitely.
