Acrobat Pro V9 serial number not working for installation

Question

I need to reinstall my acrobate pro v.9 on my new PC, however the serial number retrieved from my account does not work anymore.How can I get a new serial number or fix my existing serial number so I can reinstall the Acrobat Pro v9?

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

What is the exact error message that you see?

When you have a non-functioning computer and can't deactivate
