Acrobat Professional Can not register

I've purchased Acrobat Professional DC 2015 12.0 MLP AOO License IE. I have tried using the serial number purchased but the program keeps telling me that serial number is invalid. I have also manually download Adobe Acrobat DC (as an additional option) and the same error is given. Please assist urgently as I need to use features of my purchased software.

You said it was about your serial number being said to be invalid. This WILL happen if you mix up classic and continuous.

Hi, thanks for all help. But my problem is not installation. It's about registration. License is not showing in my account.

make sure you're using the correct 24-digit number, Find your Adobe product serial number quickly

Thanks for ur reply. But definitely i'm using the correct serial number and i can install it with this serial number. But after login to my account, its not showing as a registered product.
