Acrobat Read Out Loud will not read my document

Acrobat Read Out Loud feature will not read my document. When I activate the Read Out Loud and select the Read This Page Only, it says "Warning empty page." The page is not empty at all. When I click into the document properties, it generates a list of fonts that are required for this document to be read. How do I install the fonts from that list? HELP!
