I am unable to open Acrobat reader I have had it on my computer for 4 years and a dialogue box appears telling me an error has occurred with this code 930368 then I am unable to access any of my files

I am having the same problem, unable to open Acrobat reader and I've had it for years through my school. It is forcing me to buy a subscription when I do not choose that option, it closes my file.
