Acrobat X

I downloaded Acrobat X. When I try to install, it says my code is invalid. I used the code that was on my profile site and was verified correct by Adobe.

Also, I downloaded Acrobat X, but when I'm installing, it says it's Acrobat X Pro, is that correct?

Hi fredb48787236,

I see that you have Acrobat X Standard.

Try to use cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and restart your system.

Then try to install file from this link: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

Make sure that you use the correct serial number.

Windows 10. Which one do I use?

Please use the Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaner tool for windows version 2.

Version 1 is for Acrobat 9.
