Acrobat XI (11.0.16) fails when sending a shared review.

Saving reviews to Windows network shares; not a permissions issue. Only one client (Windows 7) is affected. Disabling antivirus and Windows firewall had no effect. The following messages appeared in the Windows Application Event Log:
