Acrobat XI for Mac: Expand "Open recent file" submenu?

In my version (11.0.14) of Acrobat XI for Mac (OS 10.10.5), only 5 items are shown in the "Open recent file" submenu. Is there a way to increase that number to, say, 10? I can't find anything in the Prefs.
