Acrobat XI just started not accepting my presets for my Fujitsu fi-6130. I cannot find what to do.

Acrobat XI all of a sudden just will no longer accept my fi-6130 for presets.   Very inconvenient to enter custom all the time now.  What is going on?

Are you referring to a .joboptions file for PDF creation, or a presets for a particular printed output device.

And by “just will no longer accept my fi-6130 for presets,” exactly what do you mean? Is a file missing or can't be found? What message do you get? Perhaps you can post a screen shot so that we have some better way of assisting you!

Going from the Create dropdown list and selecting PDF from scanner and then to configuring presets I get the following message.

“The scanner last used by Acrobat does not support preset scanning. Please select another scanner”

With this problem I am forced to do a custom scan all the time.

My scanner is Fujitsu fi-6130

I have been using this scanner for many years without having this problem.
