Acrobat XI pro license transfer but old pc inaccessible

Can't find a way to transfer license to new pc.

Old pc is dead so can't deactivate.

Already tried inputting s/n when prompted to buy sw (Adobe believes I'm using a trial version).

I can see my license number in "my account" but no actions can be taken.

Can anyone help ?

Hi Claudio,

A single retail license can be used on upto 2 computers.

Since the old pc is dead you need not worry about deactivation as you can use the same serial key to activate on the new machine as well.
