Acrobat XI Pro Serial Invalid?

The installation was successful with the disc; serial number was accepted during installation. I received prompts to Validate and it had 26 days left this morning. It was acting like it wasn't connecting to the internet, but said it was offline. Tried the offline activation and it states that my serial is invalid. Tried adding it through my account products page, same thing. Uninstalled and downloaded from Adobe, and now I have 0 days and cannot run Acrobat.

What do I do now? I'm looking at the physical disc and license sticker and packaging, how could it not be valid?

Message from Offline Activation, Response code(s): The serial number ************************ entered is invalid. Please Re-install the product and generate a new Request Code using a valid Serial Number.
