Acrobat XI Pro Subscription Reverted to DC

In November of 2014 I ordered Acrobat XI -> Your Adobe Order number: AD014858790
For whatever reason my subscription has reverted to DC and I can not upgrade without my original serial number which also doesn't seem to be anywhere. I've tried logging in to my subscription. What do I do?
