acrobat xi pro, system crash, reinstalled now serial number revoked, can't get in touch with adobe

Hi, we recently had a system crash with a failed hard drive. have reinstalled most programs successfully on new hard drive but acrobat pro is coming up serial number revoked and directs me to support. however, i am just going round in circles trying to get it resolved. can anyone point me in the right direction of who to contact or email to get me up and running again? thanks!
