Acrobat XI Pro updates

I have never been able to update my Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. I continually get the following message when trying to apply the automatic updates:

"Error 1328. Error applying path to file C:\Config.Msi\PTB743.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor."

Any ideas about how to get updated?

I own a licensed copy of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, and I am just in a circle, and I don't know why Adobe does that. At least they should have used it. Please, if someone can answer; I tried so many times getting the "Page Not Available" Updates available for the purchased license copy, please

Did you try downloading the updates from Adobe's FTP and running them yourself, instead of using the update command in the application? They can be found here:

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/
You must use a dedicated FTP client to open the link, it won't work in most browsers.
