Acrobat XI says Xerox WC 3325 doesn't support presets, but it did before.

I need higher resolution on scans, can't get it without ability to configure.  Running Windows 7 Pro.  Also, multipage scans from document feeder pauses to transfer data on each page instead of smooth scanning entire doc first, which interrupts my workflow.  Thanks for any help.

Should mention, this problem only cropped up when I bought a new computer -- just a newer Dell Inspiron i3650.  Was able to configure Acrobat presets on old Dell computer using same scanner

Presets are supported for all TWAIN drivers but not with WIA drivers. Make sure you have latest TWAIN driver installed for your scanner. Please share the error message you are getting and the Acrobat version number.

You can change resolution in custom scan option also.

You mentioned "multipage scans from document feeder pauses to transfer data on each page instead of smooth scanning entire doc first"- since when it start happening. Please make sure latest Acrobat update is installed.
