Acrobat XI standard Distiller on Windows 10 Pro 64bit ANNIVERSARY EDITION

Trying to install Acrobat XI standard on Windows 10 Pro 64bit ANNIVERSARY EDITION.

But when Distiller is run, it give this error:

Unable to find "Adobe PDF" resource files.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\AMT\"

Do you want to run the installer in repair mode?

Running in repair mode does not fix the problem.

Un-installing and re-installing does not fix the problem.

They are NOT having this issue on Windows 7 machines or regular Windows 10 machines.

The problem only appears on Windows 10 Pro Anniversary Edition machines.

Is there a problem running this on Anniversary Edition? Or what should I check next?
