acrobat XI standard doesnt install adobe pdf printer correctly

I Installed Acrobat XI Std with all of the current updates, but when I try to use the Adobe PDF printer the settings, security, and output folder fields are blank, instead of like this image.

This isn't happening on all of my computers.  What would cause this?

Hi JOHN GOLTZ,

Try cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to uninstall application and restart your system.

Then try to install it from this link: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X
