Acrobate Pro 9 activation.

I need to activate my acrobat pro software . I have an activation number. I just need the authorization code to input. Adobe customer service could not help me. They said it is an old product and are not trained in it. The supervisor also suggested I go to support/forums. They did not know that the phone activation is no longer available.
