Action item does not work

Hello,

I have an academic Acrobat Pro DC... My action Item works the first time I set it up but the second time I go to run it, it gives and error stating that has been built by an old version... I tried to even import it but does not work... I am attaching all the screen shot I have obtained bellow... What could be wrong?

I don't have the EverMap plug-in, so I cannot run through the whole action, but because a 3rd party plug-in is involved, I would first talk to EverMaps's support and see if they are aware of any potential problems.

Hello,

Off course no problem... I will also attach the Action if I can... Here is the sequence of events.2.

1. Select a Folder "all the files in that folder".

2. Do OCR on each file.

3. Optimize the file.

4. Save the file in the same Folder that it came from / Replacing the Original file.

5. Run a Plug-in called Search and Save developed by EverMap.

Does not matter even though if I do not run the last step only the first 4 steps it happens with the same error dialog so it can not be blamed at Plug-in written by EverMap.

Seems like it only accepts image not any other file type... Not sure if the text in the file would worth any for you... any how I include it.

Hi,

Off course in DC.... each time I want to run this Action I have to remove it first then rebuild it all over again...

I am under impression this is a bug in DC... I have even removed it and reboot the system and rebuild it under the DC... After saving it, and I run it for the first time, no problem... but second time or next day... I get the attached dialogue error.
