Action Wizard - Embed Fonts on multiple files

I can't get the action wizard to embed fonts on multiple PDFs in one batch. I have selected preflight and then embed fonts, but when I add multiple files and click Start, the PDFs that get outputted do not have the fonts embedded. I can only get this to work on one PDF at a time. How can I get this to work on multple PDFs as one batch?
