Action Wizard needed

I have Adobe Acrobat X1 Pro

I need help creating an Action Wizard for the following scenario:

I have a PDF document of text.  There are portions of text highlighted on several of the pages.

Action Wizard needed:

Search all PDF pages for highlighted text and extract only those pages.

Extract Page 1 of the PDF document, too (even though it has no highlighting on it).

Combine all extracted pages, with Page 1 as the first page of the combined PDF.

Can anyone help me with this?
