Activation and deactivation for Adobe Acrobat 7.0

Question

Hi, my company has a purchased license of AD 7.0 standard in CD with serial number which is using on my desktop under windows 7 and it has been upgraded to Standard X after many ongoing system updates. As my work computer has recently upgraded with a new laptop under operations of Windows 10, we want to transfer license from the desktop to the new laptop. We have successfully installed AD 7.0 form CD into the new laptop but the programme asks for activation after launch which we have no clue how to activate it as phone activation is no longer available. We are asked to visit www.adobe.com/go/activation which we tried but could not find a solution to activate the programme as there is no "deactivate" option after launched the programme under Help menu and internet activation is not working either so we feel lost and cannot reach out any workable solution nor to obtain the authorization code to complete the activation procedure on the new laptop. The programme allows temporary access of 30 days until we activate it and we have only 28 days left to fix the activation issue. Is there any workable solution to offer?

Hi ,Acrobat 7 is not a compatible version with the latest Windows 10.You would experience issues even if you are able to activate the product.Also please refer the following link.Error: "Activation Server Unavailable" | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3 RegardsSukrit Dhingra

If you want to end with Acrobat Standard X, just install that. You may be asked for your original Acrobat 7 serial but there is no need to install it. By the ways support has finished on both.
