Activation problem with Acrobat Professional 9.0

Hi,

I have recently moved from my Mac to Windows 10 machine and had all my Adobe applications reinstalled. As Acrobat Professional is EOL product but still in use in my company I installed it too. Unfortunately I can not activate this product with serial key I own. Could you help me to get through it?

most adobe licenses (and serial numbers) do not work on both win and mac. ie, you need a different license (and different serial number) to install acrobat on win and on mac.

in addition, acrobat 9 doesn't work properly with newer os so there's no reason to swap with a 3rd party for that license/serial number.

BTW is this Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9 link correct for volume license ? For Acrobat Pro 9.0 this is the only I found

for volume license products you must use your enterprise portal.

That helped. I logged in to licensing portal and downloaded proper installation file for Acrobat 9.3

I do have license certificate for Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.0 with listed serial numbers separately for win and mac os. The problem I encounter is that when I enter the valid serial key for Windows it doesn't work. Serial key is not being recognized. The installation file for Acrobat Pro 9.0 for Windows was dowloaded from adobe.com.

Please advise what to do.
