add bates numbers ok footer and header screen

Hello. I am trying to add Bates numbers to a pdf document. When I get to the "Add Header and Footer" popup page screen to place the added Bates numbers and format, etc., once I am done, I cannot scroll to the bottom of the popup page to finalize. The only option  have is to "x" out of the screen. How do I save and apply the Bates Numbers? VERY Frustrated....
