Add FAX Number to URL when attaching a document

Hello,

Does anyone know the url code I need to enter when using a submit form action for email.  I enter  [fax:1234567890] or mailto:[fax:1234567890] but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks...Jeff
