add meta tag

Question

I would like to add meta tag on the pdf file. It is grey out when I try. I have all of my pdf numbered but now I want to add what the document contains.

Also is there a way to view the pdf in window explorer instead pdf icon??

To add a description of the PDF's contents open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro or Standard.
Then open the PDF's document properties (Windows -> Ctrl + D).
In the Document Properties dialog window select the Description or Custom tab.
In either you might provide a synopsis.
