Adding 1 page (from a pdf) every other page into another 1,400 page pdf

I have a 1,400 page pdf.  I need to add a 1 page pdf to this document, but with this 1 page added every other page.  So the question is, how can I do this with Acrobat Pro DC?  I had found a JavaScript, but cannot figure out where to place it (and make it execute).  Thank you in advance for your recommendations!

    I have a tool for this exact issue here:

    It's forth from the bottom of the tool listing, but it is only available to members.

    There's lots of code here.

    But if you already have a script, then you can probably run it from the Console Window. You'll find a video on how to use it here. Its a bit old, but still a curate on all points except the Acrobat UI.
