Adding a link within Portfolio description

Question

I have been trying to figure out how to add a hyperlink within the portfolio description. I know it can be done with "tools" but there is no "Tools" button available when using portfolio...just "Layout...Details...Share. Can this be done?

If I understood correctly you would liek to add a link to your portfolio in your adobe community profile? if that is the case Do this:

Click avatar top panel
go to "Edit communities Profile"
Switch to the "Your Profile Tab"
Add URL and other info that you need or want
SAVE the page will direct you to the profile... with all changes made
However go back to edit communities profile
Switch now to "Privacy"
and change what you want to be visible to everyone or at least registered users.
