adding logo to pdf

So I would like to have some output from my application (a sales invoice) go to a pdf file but I always want a logo to appear on the top of the document.  Is there a way to set a default logo for all pdf documents?

No. This is something that needs to be done in the application that produces the files, or after the fact in Acrobat, but it can't be set up to happen automatically for any and all PDF files that you create.
