Adobe 9 Pro Extended

I purchased this program 8 years ago and have a serial number on Adobe's website showing My Products.

I tried to download the program on a new computer and Adobe rejected my serial number--Customer Care does not support the program anymore because my license was so old.

Any suggestions?

Adobe is the COMPANY name, not the program name... do you mean ACROBAT Pro?

What specific program are you asking about? This is a Premiere/Premiere Pro forum and the words Adobe 9 Pro Extended mean nothing to me, and I date back to Premiere 1.1
