Adobe 9pro vs Adobe DC

We had Adobe 9 pro for the longest time and recently switched to Adobe DC.

I was looking for a specific pdf tool that is most useful.

under tools, select &zoom, snapshot tool. Is this still available and I can't find it?

Yes, it is still available, but it's under the Edit menu now.
