Adobe abandoned me after I spent $700 yesterday instead of $449. Was TOLD they would handle problem & NO resolution.

Adobe abandoned me after I spent $700 yesterday instead of $449.  CRITICAL for me every day!!  Was TOLD  they would handle problem & NO resolution. NOT available by phone; I can NOT even get them on "chat".  Any clue how to break through?  Anyone know a good "open source" substitute? these guys are KILLING me...

there isn't one.  if there were adobe wouldn't be able to sell acrobat.

been using since Acrobat 4 (at LEAST)-

they fracked me good...

I hope they respond to negatives since my pleas are unanswered!

use a different browser if you don't see 'still need help' after the first few clicks.
