Adobe Acrobat 11.0 version - bad/Width error & Text copied as boxes?

Hi I’ve been using Adobe Acrobat 11.0 version for a while and am facing following issues;

1. Bandwidth popup box error-While I am trying to edit the existing pdf’s a pop-up comes after I save and try to reopen the file.
2. Box Issue – When I edit a PDF and try to copy/export the data from it to a note pad or a word document, it converts into boxes.
