Adobe Acrobat 3D PDF - Activate "Add Section Caps" by Javascript

I would like to activate the option for "Add Section Caps" by Javascript.

However, it seems that the reference document for Javascript is not mentioned for "Add Section Caps".

Does anyone know how to activate this function?
