after upgrading to Win 10, Adobe requires "Repair reactivation", but does not recognize the serial number

I have not preserved the installation package and would like to solve this without re-installation

is this possible? the phone activation is not working anymore

and why actually should I be looking for an answer if the problem is widely known? where is adobe support team?

I do not enter anything

when I go to Help -> Activation -> Activate, there appears a Temporary Activation window, and when I hit the button Re-activate it starts automatically, but then says “Activation unsuccessful. We are unable to activate Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. Click the Phone Activation button to learn how to speak with one of our Customer Care representatives. Error code 194: 8”.

but the Phone Activation function is now disabled

my serial number and activation number are shown in the Phone Activation window, but there is no option of entering them anywhere

uninstall your acrobat 8 after securing your serial number

clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer

reinstall acrobat 8 using the install files and your serial number.
