Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, Acrobat Xi Pro and Now Acobat DC - I have tried all of them but I cannot OCR docs?

I get an error that it cannot find the paper capture and that my install may be corrupt.  However i have installed and uninstalled and still doesnt work.  HELP!  I am running Windows 7.

Hi ,

You could refer the following link once and see if that helps.

This is for Acrobat 8 though,however perform the same steps.

"Acrobat could not access the recognition service..." when attempting OCR (Acrobat 8.0 on Windows)
