Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro license

Hi, I have a valid Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro license, but when I use to activate a fresh install it doesn't accept it. Can you please help?

Are you getting any error message when you are trying to enter the key? If yes, please share the exact error message.

Would also like to inform you that Acrobat 9 is an old and unsupported version. The current version is Acrobat DC.

Yes. I don't have the original DVD, all I have is the key. I've confirmed that this is a valid Pro 9 license but it's not working. Any ideas?

Are you trying to say it doesn't accept the serial number?

If yes,you could refer the following link to find the serial number of your product.
