Adobe acrobat ask to pay event my license is still valid

Dear Support,

I’ve problem with adobe acrobat Pro, I’m well connected to my account (license expirat in Febuary 2026) but all the tools with blue wheel doesn’t work and ask me to pay again see below.

Could you please help me ? I’ve already disconnect/reconnect and restard my laptop.

They asked to paid again, I don’t know why
