Hi,

recently updated Adobe Acrobat DC and now cannot print documents. ( I could before)

Printer is fine.

Have also tried printing as an image.  Keeps saving document and saying pages not selected!

Would my AVG internet security have anything to do with it or other security settings etc?

Please help!!

Thanks

Unfortunately, if printing as image does not work either, you are out of luck. This is a strange error message that has nothing to do with how many pages are selected. See here for a bit more information:

Hi alank63870714 ,

Please provide the Application name & its dot version you are using for opening files .

Check if there is any update available to install by going through Help > Check for updates .

Then Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat .

Please try this : Open Acrobat > Preferences (Mac OS) or Edit > Preferences (Windows) and click the Security (Enhanced) category. Deselect Enable Enhanced Security, and then try to print the file.

Is the problem is specific to this one file? If so, there may be a problem with the way the PDF was written (that is, it could be damaged).Check with other files as well to replicate the issue.

Please check with the Different printer as well.If the file is on network drive, please save it on local drive & then check for the same.

Also refer to this KB article :-  Acrobat and Reader Help / Troubleshoot PDF printing | Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader

Also check with this forum thread :- When I try to print PDF documents, I forst get a small screen that says the document cannot be printed, then a small screenthat says no pages were selected.  I can't even print the whole document.

Let me know how it goes .

Regards,

Yatharth
