Adobe acrobat DC classic update problem "Installation of Acrobat Licensing Module has failed..".

Hi to all, Ihave installed adobe acrobat dc but if I try to update the program with the patch appear the error "Installation of Acrobat Licensing Module has failed

how to fix the problem? the patch that I have tried to update are the following

AcrobatDCUpd1500820082.msp

AcrobatDCUpd1501620039.msp

Please try the follow steps and let us know:

1. Launch Acrobat, Click on Help menu > Repair installation (Make sure everything else is closed).

   - Restart the machine and then try updating it again.

   - If the automatic updating didn't help again.

2. Download the update patch manually and try installing : Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows

3 If above steps didn't help either

   Download new installer. : Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

   Uninstall Acrobat XI using cleaner tool : Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

   Reinstall and try updating again.
