Adobe Acrobat DC does not update. Version 15.006.30096 fails to update. I have uninstalled and re-installed.
I have not been able to Update Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, it is currently at Version 15.006.30096. I understand that there is a vulnerability, and was trying to upgrade using the updater utility. The updater downloads the file, then you get a pop up window that says update failed (there is no error code).
So I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, same issue.
Here are the steps followed:

Adobe Acrobat Standard DC Updater replies that there is an update available, Download is selected.
Adobe Acrobat Standard DC replies that "Update is Ready to Install". Install is selected.
Microsoft Windows User Account Control Displays: "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" Yes is selected.
Adobe Updater replies "Update Failed". There are no error messages provided in the pop-up.
The workstation affected is running Windows 7 Professional (x64) Service Pack 1 (Build 7601).
