Hi Stephan,

Is the crash happening every time you are launching the Acrobat application ?

Can you please share the crash dumps and the following log files present at "%temp" folder on your machine

amt3.log

oobelib.log

pdapp.log

Regards

Ravinder

This solution doesn't work, there are no preference folders inside the location of the article you referred to. Maybe because no user was ever able to use acrobat dc on this server and it was the first installation.

if it installed, check hidden files/folders.
