Adobe Acrobat DC identity auto-changes
Just upgraded my team to Adobe Acrobat DC. Now when performing reviews our Identity changes. Person-A will opens PDF-1 for review and exits. Person-B will open it and comment on it. Person-A now comments on the PDF but notices their Acrobat Identity has changed to be Person-B. This is happening to every person on the team in that their identities are getting mixed up an they don't know who made what comments anymore. Anyone have a clue as to how or why this happens and how to fix it? Some use Windows 7 others Windows 10.
